About these terms

Nourishing Nutrients is operated by Nourishing Nutrients LLC (together, "we", "us" or "our"). These terms set the rules for using nourishingnutrients.com and for buying our dietary supplements in the 48 contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or overseas addresses). You accept them by using the site or by placing an order; if you disagree with them, please stop using the site.

We can update these terms from time to time. The latest version is the one dated at the top of this page and takes effect on that date. Any order you placed earlier continues under the terms that applied when you ordered.

Using the site

To place an order you need to be an adult: at least 18, or older if your local age of majority is higher. Any password or account you use with us is your responsibility, including everything done with it.

Orders, pricing and payment

Before you pay, you will see the price, the package you chose and any shipping charge. We reserve the right to fix pricing mistakes, cap quantities, and refuse or cancel an order, such as one we believe is fraudulent or intended for resale. If we cancel an order we have already charged, you receive a full refund.

Everything we sell is for your own personal use; reselling it is not permitted.

Getting your order to you

We ship to: the 48 contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or overseas addresses). Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order. See our returns page for damaged or missing items.

SMS terms

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help at any time.

Content on this site is general information, not medical advice, and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Things you may not do

When using the site, you agree not to:

• act unlawfully or infringe the rights of others;

Anything you submit, such as reviews, testimonials, photos or comments, must be your own and accurate. You allow us to use, edit and publish it in connection with our business, and we may take it down at any time at our discretion.

Our content

All content on the site (words, pictures, videos, logos and design) is owned by Nourishing Nutrients LLC or licensed to it. Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing is fine; anything beyond that needs written permission from us.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Nourishing Nutrients LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question.

Your responsibility to us

You will indemnify us for reasonable losses arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

Before taking any formal step, please raise the issue with us directly, as most problems are resolved quickly that way.

New Hampshire law applies to these terms. Disputes belong in the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire, apart from cases where consumer law lets you go to your local courts instead.

General

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and returns policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks them.
