The refund promise

If you are not happy with your dietary supplements, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to return an item

1. Contact us first by email (assist@nourishingnutrients.com) with your name and order number, so we can confirm the return and the address to use.
2. Pack the items securely and send them to: JAC Holdings LLC, Attn: Jeremy Corbitt, 2505 Washington Blvd, Belpre, OH 45714, United States. Use a trackable service; we cannot refund parcels that do not arrive.
3. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless we made an error.

No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

After the returned items reach us, your refund goes back to original payment method, or a free replacement within 10-15 business days. Allow a few more days for your bank to post it.

If something arrives wrong

Report damaged, incorrect or missing items to email (assist@nourishingnutrients.com) within 15 days of delivery, ideally with a photo; we will replace or refund them at no cost to you.

The law still applies

Your consumer-law rights remain in full; this policy is in addition to them and Nourishing Nutrients LLC will honour them.
